Dalam kunker yang menyosialisasikan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila dan Wawasan Kebangsaan dimaksud, Mardiana menyampaikan, agenda kerja legislatif salah satunya dengan melakukan berbagai sosialisasi dari regulasi yang ditetapkan sekaligus menyerap aspirasi konstituennya.
“Untuk dipahami bersama, Ideologi Pancasila merupakan filosofi yang menjadi pandangan hidup masyarakat dalam melaksanakan hubungan kemasyarakatan, dan menjaga persartuan dan kesatuan bangsa,” terangnya.
Selain melakukan sosialisasi Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila dan Wawasan Kebangsaan, kader potensial Partai NasDem yang duduk di kursi legislatif Provinsi Lampung periode 2019-2024 ini, juga mengimbau agar warga Desa Karyasakti menerapkan pola hidup kebiasaan baru.
“Pola hidup kebiasaan baru telah menjadi satu regulasi Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung. Itu berarti, kebiasaan yang selama ini diterapkan guna pencegahan, pengendalian, serta memutus matarantai pandemi Covid-19, juga harus dilaksanakan usai wabah Corona ini berakhir,” terang Mardiana.
Di tempat yang sama, Pj Kades Karyasakti, Susilo, menyampaikan, sebagus apapun program yang disusun oleh pihak pemerintahan desa tanpa adanya akses dan hubungan eksternal yang baik, tentu memiliki hambatan dan tantangan tersendiri.
“Namun, berkat adanya aspirasi warga kami yang disampaikan melalui ibu Mardiana dan Bapak Tamanuri, harapan masyarakat dengan berbagai usulan program aspirasi dapat terealisasi,” kata Susilo.
Dirinya juga mengimbau, program-program pembangunan infrastruktur yang dibawa melalui Program Aspirasi agar dapat dijaga dan dipelihara secara bersama.
Selain sektor pertanian, warga Desa Karyasakti berprofesi sebagai peternak yang didominasi ternak kambing dan sapi.
“Untuk itu, kami sampaikan potensi peternakan akan menjadi skala prioritas demi ketercapaian perekonomian masyarakat yang lebih baik,” tutupnya. (Edwardo)

Pasca aksi yang dilakukan oleh KBM UBL pada tanggal 17 Februari 2021, sebagian mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam massa aksi mendapat kecaman dan tekanan intimidasi yang dilakukan oleh birokrasi Universitas Bandar Lampung. Intimidasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak kampus terhadap mahasiswa dengan melakukan surat pernyataan tidak ikut aksi dan dilaporkannya mahasiswa ke pihak kepolisian dengan dalih penghasutan berkerumunan di tengah pandemi.
Mahasiswa UBL yang dilaporkan kepihak kepolisian adalah Sultan Ali Sabana Jurusan Hukum dan Reyno Pahlevi Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi surat tersebtu di layangkan pada tanggal 22 Februari 2021 terkait aduan yang di lakukan oleh bambang Hartono selaku Wakil Rektor III terkait UU nomor 6 tahun 2018 tentang karantina kesehatan. Sedangkan Aksi massa yang dilakukan sudah menerapkan protokol kesehatan, dimana massa aksi harus memakai masker dan mencuci tangan.
Intervensi yang dilakukan oleh pihak birokrasi kampus kepada mahasiswa dalam melakukan aksi massa adalah suatu tindakan menutupi ruang demokrasi dalam menyampaikan pendapat didepan umum, pada hal penyampaian pendapat adalah hak setiap masyarakat yang sudah di atur dalam UUD NRI 1945 pasal 28.
Aksi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa UBL dalam menutut hak nya yaitu penurunan SPP/UKT adalah hak asasi setiap mahasiswa dan tidak bertentangan dengan hukum, birokrasi tidak lah boleh untuk mengintervensi atas gerakan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa.
“Karna aksi yang dilakukan adalah menyampaikan pendapatnya dan itu salah satu tindakan yang demokratis dan hal tersebut sudah diatur dalam UUD NRI 1945, kami mengecam atas tindakan intimidasi yang dilakukan oleh birokrasi kampus karna menutup ruang penyampaian pendapat,” ujar Faturahman saat ditanya sikap IMM UIN RIL.

Sebagai narasumber sosialisasi tersebut, Kepala Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kementerian Dalam Negeri A. Fatoni dan Kepala Pusat Litbang Otonomi Daerah, Politik, dan Pemerintahan Umum Kementerian Dalam Negeri Deddy Winarwan.

Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Fatoni mengatakan, pelaksanaan Penyuntikan Vaksin sebagai ikhtiar bersama untuk memutus mata rantai penularan Covid-19.
“Sebagai ikhtiar untuk memutus penularan Covid-19″ujar Fatoni melalui pesan WhatsApp, Jum’at 29 Januari 2021.

Ketua Pijar Keadilan, Muklis mengapresiasi langkah pemerintah daerah penanganan Covid-19 Lampung Timur, di buktikan dengan adanya Instruksi Bupati Lampung Timur Nomor : 360/33a/31-SK/I/2021
Tentang Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat Dalam Upaya Pengendalian Penyebaran Covid-19 di Boemi Tuah Bepadan ini.
“Kami apresiasi penuh, terhadap pemerintah dan tim satgas Covid-19 dalam Penanganan dan penanggulangan Covid-19 di Lampung Timur, semakin membaik. Di buktikan Lampung Timur sudah masuk pada zona orange,” Ujar Muklis di Sekretariat Jl. Kol Arifin RI Sukadana Ilir.
Di ketahui, ada empat kategori wilayah terkait penyebaran Covid-19, yaitu risiko tinggi yang ditandai dengan zona merah, risiko sedang ditandai dengan zona oranye. Kemudian, risiko rendah dengan zona kuning ,dan zona hijau yang menjelaskan kabupaten/kota tidak atau belum terdampak.
Dari Data Resmi Bappeda Provinsi Lampung tertanggal 28 – 29 Februari 2021, dari lima belas kota dan kabupaten. Zona Merah yakni Bandar Lampung, Kota Metro dan Lampung Tengah, sedangkan masuk katagori zona orange Mesuji, Tulang Bawang, Lampung Timur, Lampung Selatan, Pesawaran, Pringsewu, Tanggamus, Pesisir Barat, Lampung Barat, Lampung Utara, Way Kanan, Tulang Bawang Barat.
” Sudah dua hari ini, Lampung Timur masuk Zona Orange, tentu upaya-upaya pencegahan ini, harus terus dilakukan tim satgas penanganan Covid-19 untuk menekan angka terpapar, dan Lampung Timur kembali ke Zona HIjau,”tegas Muklis. (Wahyudi)
Bandar Lampung (SL)-Tim Jaksa Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Tinggi Lampung menggeledah Kantor Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Lampung Jasa Utama (LJU) Lampung, Selasa, 26 Januari 2021. Penggeledahan dilakukan terkait penanganan kasus korupsi pengelolaan keuangan tahun anggaran 2016, 2017 dan 2018.
“Penggeledahan ini untuk mencari barang bukti guna menguatkan pemeriksaan perkara korupsi, yang sedang ditangani Kejati Lampung. Kasus yang ditangani adalah dugaan korupsi penyelewengan dana pengelolaan keuangan. PT LJU dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun itu PT LJU tidak memberikan keuntungan berupa pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) yang optimal,” kata Kasipenkum Kejati Lampung Andre W Setiawan, kepada wartawan Selasa siang, 26 Januari 2021.
Dalam kasus itu, penyidik Pidana Khusus Kejati Lampung telah memeriksa 25 saksi, diantaranya mantan direksi, karyawan PT LJU, dan mitra kerja yang diduga mendapatkan aliran dana dari PT LJU. Dalam penggeledahan, Tim Jaksa menyita beberapa dokumen di PT LJU.
PT LJU merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Lampung yang berdiri pada tahun 2009. LJU bergerak bidang jasa konstruksi, konsultasi, penyewaan peralatan, perhubungan darat dan laut, serta perkebunan perikanan hingga perdagangan.
Kamis 14 Januari 2021 lalu, penyidik juga memanggil dua saksi yakni AJ dan AA. Salah satunya merupakan mantan direktur bisnis PT LJU yang berinisial AA. Namun, dalam pemeriksaan ini keduanya mangkir. “Mereka tidak hadir tanpa memberikan keterangan, dan sedang dijadwalkan panggilan ulang,” kata Andrie.
Sementara Direktur Bisnis PT LJU Aliza Gunado memilih bungkam terkait penggeledahan tersebut. Saat di konfirmasi wartawan, Alizar mengarahkan wartawan ini untuk menghubungi Direktur Utama PT LJU, Bambang Mursalin. “Jangan saya. Saya tidak bisa memberikan statmen. Bukan kapasitas saya. Langsung ke Dirut aja,” katanya singkatnya via telepon.
Terpisah, Koordinator Presidium Komite Pemantau Kebijakan dan Anggaran Daerah (KPKAD) Gindha Ansori Wayka mengapresiasi langkah Korps Adhyaksa yang menyidik dugaan korupsi di tubuh PT LJU. “Ya kita apresiasi lah langkah kejaksaan untuk menangani kasus korupsi saat ini kita lihat luar biasa. Tapi kita harap juga penegakan hukumnya jangan tendensius, artinya benar-benar harus ada kerugian negara dan profesional lah,” kata Ginda.
Menurut Ginda, para pihak harus mengikuti proses ini dengan baik. “Para pihak juga harus membuktikan dengan baik. Walaupun kejaksaan sedang melakukan penyelidikan silahkan saja hadirkan fakta-fakta dan data, sehingga transparansi penggunaan anggaran dan pendapatan nanti terlihat jelas yang selama ini dikelola,” ungkapnya.
Ginda juga mempertanyakan sikap dua mantan petinggi PT LJU yang mangkir dalam panggilan penyidik. “Kalau tidak ada persoalan ya harusnya kan datang saat dipanggil. Ini kan peluang untuk mereka klarifikasi. Kalau mangkir seperti ini kan bertanya-tanya ada apa,” katanya yang menyarankan penyidik bisa membawa paksa saksi yang tidak hadir dua kali panggilan sesuai dengan KUHAP.
Pada 2018 lalu di rapat pandangan fraksi paripurna lanjutan pembicaraan tingkat I tentang pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi terhadap RAPBD Lampung 2019. Fraksi PDIP DPRD Lampung saat itu meminta manajemen PT LJU dirombak. Pasalnya perusahaan tersebut dianggap belum optimal berkontribusi dalam pemasukan PAD.
Juru Bicara Fraksi PDIP Yanuar Irawan menyarankan lebih mengefektifkan peran PT LJU guna memberikan sumbangsih yang riil. Di antaranya dalam pengelolaan bus trans lampung untuk dijadikan angkutan berbasis kenyamanan, dan mengurangi kemacetan. (Red)
